I would like to buy a second property within 5 years i bought my 1st property.in order to have my second property loan approve , i decided to delete my name in the 1st property in housing loan as well as the property.currently the first property is under my mother n my name, am i able to do so or I will get penalties for this in within 5 years? Is there any way to do so? Thx
