I would like to buy Mawar Apartment at Sg. Nibong.  However, it seems that the price is a little crazy. Over RM400 psf.  Is this true or speculative?
What’s the typical valuation for this project? My budget is RM250,000, anything similar for my consideration nearby Sg. Nibong area?
