If a 2 year contract ended on Aug 2022 but tenant opt to renew a 2 year contract, and started paying the revise rental and signing the new contract and fail to provide the revise security deposit within a written date, but the landlord decided to not renting the house to the tenant and given 2 month notice to reclaim the property .(Given that the previous ended contract having a 2 month notice, the new contract are having 3 month notice)
