If I am selling my first residential property in 2021, I know that there is an RPGT Exemption Order in effect for sale of residential properties by individuals, but I am also entitled to the 'once in a lifetime' exemption granted under RPGT Act. In this scenario, can I actually 'save' the 'once in a lifetime' exemption for by next disposal and make use of the RPGT Exemption Order first?
