If I sell my shop without vacant possession and the buyer is willing to take over the existing tenancy by way of a deed of assignment. This deed of assignment will be signed by 3 parties: me, as the seller (assignor), the tenant and the buyer (as assignee). Questions:
1) Who will prepare the deed of assignment?
2) Who will bear the legal cost of preparing the deed of assignment?
3) Who will pay for the stamp duty for the deed of assignment
