Hi there!

It would depend on the developer, as to whether they'll consent the transfer of ownership for the property that's under construction.

Also, do bear in mind of the lock-in period of your bank loan. It usually comes with a lock-in period, and there's penalty for early settlement/breaking the lock-in terms.

it wouldnt be possible. U must have had received the key (VC) from developer before selling your house

Dear Anonymous, Selling under construction property is subject to the Developer's consent. You may also have to check with your bank, as regard to lock in period or penalty for early settlement of the loan.
