If one is residing out of the country and want to buy a property directly from a developer, what would be the steps I need to follow ?

Area I am looking at : in and around KL city

Who are some of the people that I need to be connected with

Lawyer ? Can the Lawyer handle all transactions ?

Do I need a RE agent if I am buying it from a developer directly ?
