if the developer takes longer time to transfer the title to purchaser name as the VP has been issued by developer almost 8 months ago. Due to this, I have been paying the bank interest for the past 8 months. The developer said they can only reimburse the full amount from the bank once the title has transferred to the purchasers name. is there any possiblity i can check with KPKT and complain the issue
