If the Purchase price is RM488,000.00 and loan is 90% ie RM439,200
My Stamp duty on instrument of transfer will be:
1st 100,000.00 = RM1000.00
2nd RM339,200.00 = RM6784.00
Total stamp duty on transfer (MOT) = RM7784.00
Am I right to say?
