I'm a co-owner of a flat with my brother. But there is a deed on my side as my father pass away without proper "hand-over" to me. My questions are, 1. How can I change over my father name to me as 50% owner? 2. Can my brother force sell of the property even I adamant not to sell? 3. As I'm no longer a Malaysian, what are my rights on the property now? 4. Do I have to pay Malaysian taxes if the property sold? 5. Can the property be sold not at market price? 6. As the property now rented out, can my brother (who owns 50% share) evict the tenants? Thank you in advance for your advice.
