I'm a malaysian and is a singapore pr currently, can I know is there a minimum amount of house if I want to buy a house in malaysia? I heard of the Minimum RM500k of house to be purchase. Please advise urgently.

yah, Fion. For foreigner if not mistaken and rules not change yet, KL area mininum RM1m, the rest all RM500k, and the mortgage loan amount only 80% Read More
