I'm a Singaporean, came across a serviced apartment by Somerset at Puteri Harbour Iskandar. Price is at $800 ringgit Psf. First 2 years 5% rental guarantee. Is it worth considering and will it be hard to sell in future? If I want to invest in a residential property, are there any mortgage financing restrictions for foreigners?
