I'm about to meet lawyer to sign SPA and all other documents but due to MCO and current situation I don't wish to continue with my purchase. I've signed agreements with the bank and understood a penalty if I forfeit the purchase. Is there any legal charges if I decide to pull out? I've not signed any agreements. Also, there is no mentioned date of VP in the drafted SPA document lawyer has shared, is this an area I should be concerned of?
