I'm from Singapore and am interested to purchase a private apartment/condominium in Penang only.
My budget is myr $850-900k maximum.
I intend to purchase after the Chinese new year 2024.
My preferred location will be close to nice eating places and close to shopping malls. Schools are not relevant to me as my children are grown ups now.
Also I would want to live in a quiet location with easy access to transport facilities or only a short walking distance to get me around the city center. Please note that this is important for me.
I am currently living overseas but am still a singaporean citizen. I am willing to travel to Penang if necessary to view the property.
