I'm getting this property and current owner just knew that strata title has yet to be transferred to him (he has paid for the transfer) According to land office, transfer would take 6months at least. So I'm wondering if there's anything that I or the vendor can do anything to speed up title extraction as i really love that condo unit. Thanks!!
