I'm intending to buy a house at Pantai apartment in Butterworth, Penang. Anyone knows what the value of the house at this apartment. The size of the house is 920sqft. The ads are showing a price of RM160K to RM190K. Is this the market price? I need to know how much the value so that I can bargain with the seller.
