I'm looking for apartment to buy and would like to know what is the valuation price for Bagan lalang boon siew apartment at butterworth for comparison. Non-bumi lot,freehold, mid floor and with some furnished. Owner want to sell their house at price at Rm 188K, isn't worth it??
