im renting a lot in a shopping mall and our tenancy has been expired since 8 months ago. But we still renting the lot with difference company name since then without signing any fresh tenancy. Now we are plan to move out and 2 months notice has been given to the management. Is the management still has the right to hold our 3 month deposits for rental and water deposit? And we are not allowed to move out our products from the lot until we are fully settled the outstanding rental 2 months we owe them (not operate since 2 month during lock down) rental which we advice them to deduct from our deposit. They refused and demand us to paid full.
