I'm the owner of a property and was charged with Maintenance Fees and Sinking Fund. I do not want the property but no buyer is willing to purchase it. Is there a way where I can relinquish my title to the said property?
Also, I'd like to know if there is a breach conducted by the Joint Management Body, as they did not maintain the upkeep of the condo but yet charged us with the Maintenance Fees and Sinking Funds. There is only 6 occupants, and majority of the units are left unoccupied and vacant, the condition of the condo is not maintained and cleaned. There is probably only one member left in the JMB, with no yearly AGMs being conducted as well.
