In 2015 I bought a house which is S&P registered in joint names (my name & my father). Loan and MRTT under my name alone and my father as guarantor. So, now my father want to remove his name and I become the single title owner. All expenses such as deposit, monthly loan repayment, electric bill, water bill and everything connected to the house pay by me. House still under loan. how do i go about changing the joint to single title under my sole name? what is the legal fees like?
