In April 2024, the vacant possession of a new apartment was transferred . In August, the interim management board announced that maintenance fees would be increased in April 2025, when the subsidiary will cease to exist.

. My question is can MC increase fees before the resolution is passed at the first AGM? MC failed to provide terms in the sale and purchase agreement to support its increase in maintenance fees of approximately 42%, which is a significant amount. Many residents do not agree with such a price increase.
