In have a piece of land which was bought more than 10 years ago. So disposal of the said land should not be subjected to RPGT as I am an individual
Now the developer would partly pay in cash and partly (40%) use his other project houses to pay me(contra). If I sell the houses within the first 6 years, would i be subjected to RPGt?. If so, what is the cost price of the houses. ? Is it the number if houses divided by the 40% of the land price?
