In Jan 2021, I had put a booking fee on a new house (was going to start pilling, they said). Then in Feb 2021, I gotten the loan from XX Bank and signed the LO. Now according to agent, I need to wait for the lawyer to contact to sign S&P. But until now, every month's follow up with agent told me that just wait.
Is it allowed to be dragged like this? What are the possible reason the lawyer do not approach me to sign S&P? I know from LO, if I cancel loan now, they will charge me a penalty. Please advice. Thanks.
