Inter floor leakage happened. Management have sent letter to upper unit owner stated that the leakage is from upper unit and upper unit owner have to make arrangement for repair work in 14 days. Now is almost one month passed, after communicated with upper unit owner, if he do not want to take responsibility, what should we do next?
