Is a join ownership in a service apartment. We have no outstanding of maintenance charges. All bills paid promptly. Only one access card been issued. That means either one of the owner can only access into the apartment.
1. Can the security guard denied entry of the rightful owner if one doesn't hold the access card?
2. Which section of the Strata Management Act 2013 allow the MC to deny entry?
3. Is it a practice to only issue 1 card per apartment?
4. What is our legal right?
