Is it legal for my condo to request owners to hand over proxy form 96 hours before the AGM when the Strata Act allows for submission no latter than 48hours before the AGM? Should the JMC not provide the total allowance as per the strata act especially during an endemic where it is to find a proxy for an event involving large gathering. Not providing the full allowance has chance of disenfranchising owners. What can i do legally?
