Is it legal to have developer of a high rise building to sell their residential units with no parking lots in the deal n then telling the purchaser that parking lot will be available for sale later after S n P signed? Will this make the purchaser subject to exploitation by developer as SnP signed n buyer at a disadvantage to then change his mind as price of parking lot might then be too expensive
