Is it possible that Property Title Deed is not issue or witheld in some bank or government agency. House belongs to my elderly father who intend to sell it.
I have all the necessary document including SPA, photocopy of temporary title but no original title to be found.
I intend to sell the house and only recently discover that the title is no where to be found. Is the title really necessary when selling the house even if a land search review the correct owner? Where in JB city can i get help with the land title? Really need to engage a lawyer?
