Is the motorcyle parking in a condo consider common area?
Can MC raise the motion to incur monthly fees for the motorcycle owner ? If it is under common area, it should be already include under the maintenance fees. Is it should consider same common area as the gyms? Where residents whether use it or not, it should be as share basis? Many thanks.
