I've been looking for a house/condo/apartment for the past 2 months. I am a 1st time home buyer and I'm eligible for the 100% full loan. I came across most agents who needs a booking/deposit. Is there a house/condo/apartment near to bukit jalil or cyberjaya which don't requires a booking fee.
