I've bought three properties and I have to pay the sales agent fee. I'm not actively looking at selling at the moment . However, several agents call me once every other months and asked whether I want to sell because they have ready buyers. And they said since I'm the seller I've have to pay the agent's fee.

I'm both buyer and potential seller. I pay the agent's fees when I buy and now I have to pay the agent's fee when I sell. Can anyone enlighten me so I don't feel like being fished around?
