I've bought three properties and I have to pay the sales agent fee. I'm not actively looking at selling at the moment . However, several agents call me once every other months and asked whether I want to sell because they have ready buyers. And they said since I'm the seller I've have to pay the agent's fee.

I'm both buyer and potential seller. I pay the agent's fees when I buy and now I have to pay the agent's fee when I sell. Can anyone enlighten me so I don't feel like being fished around?

Hi Ms Vivien Kong ,Sine u bought three property i think u is also invested ,Agent also want to make money, sure agent want u to pay commission to them if the agent can find u a good deal ,u also can negotiable with the agent about the commission u pay . agent always said got ready buyer because agent need to get u property on hand to find buyer ,af u got any question u can contact me mf lee 0123183459  or email to ziziwka@yahoo.com Read More
