Joint-loan transfer of title/ownership due to one party deceased.
The joint home loan is taken up by a father and his son for a joint property ownership. Father had passed away and the will stating all assets/debts to be transferred to the wife. The son is still paying the monthly installment.
As the loan is still outstanding, can the property ownership and the home loan of the father's portion be transferred over to the wife (as per will) without impacting the existing loan?
