I understand from the Strata law that the entire council shall be dissolved and ceased to hold office at the next AGM. And not more than 15 months shall elapse between the date of one AGM and the next.
The AGM Commenced until on the failure on the election of a chairman among the proprietors where and when no volunteer's available.
The AGM WAS ANNOUNCED & ADJOURNED WITHOUT A SPECIFIC DATE DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTY ON THE UNAVAILABLE OF THE 2016- 2020 AUDITED FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS & REPORTS TO BE COMPLETED & PRESENTED DUE TO THE INSUFFICIENT &/ MISSING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR AUDITING
MY Q :
1. WHETHER THE ENTIRE PREVIOUSLY MANAGEMENT COUNCIL ALREADY BEEN CEASED HOLDING THE OFFICE & DISSOLVED AS WELL..??
2. IF THAT IS THE CASE AS ON POINT 1 ABOVE,
SHALL THE APPOINTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMES IN W/O THE COUNCIL ON THE DAY TO DAY OPERATION AS USUAL.
3. HOW WOULD /SHOULD THE OWNERS /MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT CORPORATION TO HOLD THE PREVIOUSLY ADJOURNED AGM.?
