hi Jufran, Saville @ Melawati falls under "Serviced Apartment" category, meaning to say it is built on commercial-titled land and it is classified under the commercial category and they fall under Tariff Code 11. That said, if it is under TNB you will need to pay minimum monthly charges of RM 7.20 for TNB and a minimum of RM 36.00 for water bill. However, as according to my experience there is still somehow you can appeal to changes your rates to a residential rates by providing some documents to prove you are not using your unit as "business or commercial" purposes.
