May I know if we have issues with our neighbor, who always (everyday) slammed door, pulling his table and chair, and hammering and drilling whenever he likes. Had told him many times in group chat and personal text for 2 years time, unfortunately he had ignored it. I have frustrated and sending emails to management office but they couldn't solve it and draging it. They told me I can lodged police report by my good self to settle it. Just like the rest of the residents called police to settle their issues by themselves. I just want to know, can management office told us to call police and settle by ourselves?
