Hi Mrs.Masitah, how r U? i am KOH from Brownland Properties.Is a real estate agent with mortgage banker background. To check the bank value of ur property, i need to know the sqf of ur double storey house,any renovation, extension at front and back kitchen,is it facing T junction, any furnished or built in wardrobe or kitchen cabinet, etc?
