Me and my husband bought a house under joint loan. We went to the lawyer office to sign S&P, in the S&P states both our names as owner, but husband decided to put only my name. So, we have not sign the S&P yet and ask them to change. Now the developer said if we want to change the name to only my name, they have to charge us up to RM1000 because of the changes since the document already ready. Is this common practise?
