Members of the Management Committee of a Management Corporation are elected at the AGM held not more 15 months apart or, usually, annually. Therefore, can the Management Committee of a particular period enter into a service agreement with, for e.g., a Lift Maintenance Provider for a period of five years and, in so doing, bind future incoming committee members when existing members of the management committee would have ceased effectively to be members after, say, 2 years?
