Mr Chong has one piece of land that categorised under title of HAK SEMENTARA DAFTAR
(HSD). He want to change the title as per described under Section 189 National Land Code and he
decided to develop or cultivated something in the land. At the same time he wanted to clarify what
is the gazetted category of land use and identify the limitation or the condition of the land as
prescribed by the law before he proceed with the new development or cultivation. However, he
has forgotten the category of land use that being gazetted by local authority due to the land title was missing long time ago. As Real Estate Advisor, please advice Mr Chong on the problem that
he faced and suggest where he could obtained the land title?
