My apartment is now run by a management agent appointed by COBMPAJ. MY right under SMA*2013, for the Service Agreement I of the MA being denied since 4 yrs ago,despite giving COB numerous reminders.Due to this can I stop paying the maintenance fees.
2. What performance delivery STANDARD must they comply to for the maintenance and repair works ?
