my apartment strata title are expected to be issued next month (June). I have a few questions
1) upon issuance of strata title, do I have to pay up the cost (MoT/perfection of transfer) immediately?
2) if not, how much time do I have to pay up?
3) if immediately, what if i cant afford it? bank loan allowed? i dont think we are capable of paying thousands of ringgits soon as we are preparing for our baby arrival in June as well.
3) and i'm a first time house purchase, so i am eligible for 50% exemption of ad valorem stamp duty right? to whom shall i check for the approval?
