My aunt has a property in Semenyih which was purchased by her late husband and only recently she cleared the housing loan with MOF and they have sent her a letter to enable her to get the original grant from the Land Office at Bangi. She also has with her the official document stating that she is the 'waris' to the property. As she wants to sell the house, is it necessary for her to get the title tansferred to herself first before she sells it or can she sell 'as is' basis to the interested party. I need advise on the legal implications.
