My brother and I have a total of 85% ownership of a landed single storey property.
My relative own the rest of the 15% ownership.
Our relationship got so toxic that it is now beyond talking. My brother and I had tried to buy over the rest of the ownership shares from the relative or even offering to sell our ownership to the relative but the other party disagree to sell or buy.
Is there a way for my brother and I , as majority owner of the property, sell the property despite the unwillingness of the relative ? Thank you
