My condo is inundated with complaints of water seepage, leakage, dampness, and warping of timber floorings by a majority of unit owners over the years. The management upon inspection always insist that it is the unit owner above the affected unit. Eventhough repairs have been done by some obliging owners, the leakage seem to never go away. Several repairs were done and yet the matter do not really go away. There is high suspicion that the root cause is caused by condo water tanks installed at higher floors which eventually finds it way down through the units below it (water proofing). Another suspicion is that the quality of the pipes used by the developer were of inferior quality which after 10 years, begin to show its vulnerability. Kindly advise our position as a unit owner who has leakage above it and below it....
