My condo just change the new management early Dec. When i wanted to claim back my renovation deposit that i tried to for 3 months, the new management refuse to refund saying that they need time to reconcile the book even all the process has been clear by previous management. They don't even give an answer on the status. They just refuse to pay. What can I do?
