My condo MC will implement share unit calculation of set at RM3/m2 soon. My service Apartment GF is shop lots, 1st to 6 th floor is car park and the rest is residential. From my snp, my unit Area Parcel is 91m2 , Accessory Parcel is 24m2 ( 2 parking lot) and open area roof garden is 50m2( without water and electricity). May I know how to calculate the share unit and how much my charge based on RM3/m2. Thanks You and looking forward to yr feedback.
