my condo tenancy agreement with 2 years periods going to end soon. But i saw the agreement is with part IX "option :1 year at prevailing market rate or as the landlord and tenant mutually agreed thereon". If i want to extend rental for 1 year, is new tenancy agreement needed? Or existing tenancy agreement still valid?
