My condo unit has been facing noise disturbance nightly for the past few months (not piping sounds), and things has now escalated to the management side simply ignoring me.
The only reasoning provided after asking for months was the unit upstairs denies making any noise. No further action were done even though I managed to provide video evidence for them, although most of it are hard to be picked up due to the nature of the sound.
What are my options if I choose to proceed with complaining to the COB, or what legal action can I pursue to get them to do their job?
