My discussion group disputes MP Teresa Kok's video that residents in Seri Petaling can get their leasehold property converted into freehold. I know that they are not correct due to the Ampang Park battle with DBKL for issuing the lot owners with leasehold titles after the Ampang Park building was completed.
I can't find material in the Internet and seek your expertise in this matter. Thank you!
