My family shop with several names is going to be rented to a company with several partners, and is not officially registered yet. What precautions should i take to ensure no future problems crop up if there is a default in rental payment? Are the three partners all responsible for the agreement? The company is just registered as an XYZ enterprise and not Sdn Bhd. Is this okay? In the rental agreement, should my family put one name or all the names? What is the rate of increase after the first two years? Thanks in advance for whatever legal advice readers can offer.
